With what you make winamp skins? I tried to do it, but I cant find any tool...

I have an old deviation on that...
but I read that "Customization > Skins & Themes > Media Players > Winamp > Winamp Modern" above, than I tought...

You can add that 1% background in rating graphics too... It'll make easier to click... Not that it is too hard to click right now... Just another suggestion.
